We've made our summer break menu with KITKAT® to create four limited-edition Chimney Cones® worth melting for!
There’s Pistachio with its nutty, creamy swirl. Birthday Cake, loaded with sprinkles and sweet nostalgia. Strawberry, fruity and fresh with that perfect crunch. And Classic — rich, chocolatey, and exactly what KITKAT® lovers crave. Strawberry and Classic are also available as vegan options.
We've also made a Classic KITKAT® milkshake and all cones can be made as sundaes.

Eva’s Original Summer Break Ice Cream Challenge – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter & Eligibility
1.1 The Eva’s Original Summer Break Ice Cream Challenge (the “Contest”) is promoted by Eva’s Franchise Corp.
1.2 The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Eva’s Franchise Corp., Nestlé Canada, and their affiliates are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
2.1 The Contest begins on July 2, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must:
● Purchase all four flavours from the Summer Break Menu at participating Eva’s locations.
● Collect a stamp for each flavour on the official card.
● Submit the completed card in-store before the Contest closes.
3.2 Multiple entries are permitted. Each fully stamped punch card counts as one entry.
3.3 Vegan customers or other customers with dietary restrictions that prevent them from trying all four flavours may purchase any four cones that meet their dietary requirements to enter.
4. Prize & Winner Selection
4.1 There will be 10 winners selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.2 Each winner will receive a KITKAT® inflatable pool valued at CA$100.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.4 Eva’s Franchise Corp. reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value if necessary.
5. Winner Notification & Prize Collection
5.1 Winners will be drawn within 7 days after the Contest closes.
5.2 Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email provided at the time of submission.
5.3 If a winner does not respond within 10 days, a new winner may be selected.
5.4 Prizes must be picked up in person at a designated Eva’s location. Shipping or delivery is not available.
6. General Conditions
6.1 By entering, participants agree to allow Eva’s Franchise Corp. to use their name and/or image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6.2 Eva’s Franchise Corp. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. 6.3 The Contest is subject to all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.
6.4 Eva’s Franchise Corp. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if circumstances beyond its control impact the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

7.1 Personal information collected for this Contest will only be used to administer the promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
